Charity Cancer Research UK has unveiled
an update to its ‘dots’ identity, which was
created by Interbrand in 2012.
The charity will now use six ‘design themes’
based on the original identity, which have
been developed by CRUK’s lead brand
partner SomeOne. The original Interbrand
designed logo comprises a single C made
up of multi-coloured dots, that symbolise
‘a collective force coming together to
help beat cancer’.

It's been a few weeks since I wrote
anything new on the site. Purely as
we needed to let Google do its thing.
However the sites been crawled and
invaded by spiders and bots alike so
back to work.
I have just seen the new
Cancer Research UK refresh and
I was impressed by it. They have
kept the colours of old and had an
identity crafted that is both modern
and gives the impression of progress.
The original logo felt like a tumour
being dispersed or dissolved slowly.
But with the addition of some
movement in the new marque it is
giving a feeling of some progression
and a new hope.
I think that it was time for this refresh
as now it will bring peoples attentions
to the fore again and hopefully a new
push to get funding for this worthwhile
charity........Nice job love it!.
