The Arts Council has announced a three-year
investment plan which includes a new commitment
to the Design Museum.
This means that The Design Museum
will receive £510,000 over three years
Design Museum director Deyan Sudjic says,
‘We are absolutely delighted with this news.
It is a resounding endorsement of the work
that the museum has done over the last
25 years, and a hugely important recognition.’

Well it’s about time. My thoughts on
this are that we should be investing in design past present and future.
It is one of the only real sectors that
we as Brits excel, unless we include investment banking.
For me institutions such as the
Design Museum hold a special place
in our cultural heritage and are a major
importance in educating, sharing and
inspiring every creative thinker
young or old.
Well done the arts council.Jason Farr - Partner Trillium Brands
